He led the development, deployment and operational testing of a wide range of ground combat, ballistic missile defense, aviation, and command and control systems. As the former PM TRADE, he was responsible for the acquisition and fielding of all U.S. Army training and instrumentation systems worldwide. He is experienced in all aspects of business and program management and has held numerous executive leadership positions in DoD and DHS.
