Leah Hermiller

President

Leah Hermiller is the founder and driving force behind Verago.  She is a veteran leader and analytical thinker with superior communication and negotiation skills.  Leah has years of proven performance in business, program management, legal, and military organizations.

 

She has received numerous awards in recognition of her accomplishments in support of professional and community organizations to include, Business Magazine of North Carolina’s Legal Elite in 2017 and 2018 and the North Carolina Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year in 2018.

JAMES THROCKMORTON

Director, Intelligence

Senior Intelligence Professional and U.S. Army Master Analyst with over 25 years of experience delivering solutions in the areas of Intelligence, Business Enterprise, Technology Integration/Transition, Training Development and Delivery, and Unconventional Intelligence.  Extensive experience working with SOCOM, DARPA, JIEDDO, INSCOM and DHS S&T in the areas of C4ISR, IED, technology integration, communications and sensor packages. Active Duty assignments include 1st IO Command, 82nd Airborne, 525th MI BDE and 319th MI Battalion.

Noble Johnson

Senior Acquisition Subject Matter Expert

Noble Johnson brings more than 37 years of leadership, team-building, and program management experience to the Verago team. He led the development, deployment and operational testing of a wide range of ground combat, ballistic missile defense, aviation, and command and control systems. As the former PM TRADE, he was responsible for the acquisition and fielding of all U.S. Army training and instrumentation systems worldwide. He is experienced in all aspects of business and program management and has held numerous executive leadership positions in DoD and DHS.
